This tiny and super detailed WMF Zinn Galerie, Albrecht Dürer Pewter Stein is an amazing find. Albrecht Durer (1471 - 1528) was a German artist from Nuremberg. This heavy (for its size) little handle cup/stein is decorated with fine detailed artwork on the intricate handle and on four raised panels: "Drei Bauern" (Three Peasants), "Ritter, Tod und Teufel" (Knight, Death and the Devil), "Tanzendes Bauernpaar" (The Peasant Couple Dancing), and "Ritter und Landsknecht" (Knight and the Farmhand). This is a very rare item believed to be from around the 1950’s. It has only ever been used as a display item and is in great condition. It measures 2 ½” high and 2 ½” wide at the handle, and it is about 1 ½” in diameter.
